Pages are uploaded to the web using FTP – File Transfer Protocol.
You can either use a stand alone ftp programme or you can use the facility withing your web editing software such as Dreamweaver.

Within Dreamweaver, you have three main methods – either:
Click on the file(s) you want to upload in the right hand panel under Files and then click the UP Arrow (Up to Upload) , or
With the page open in Dreamweaver click on Site in the bar along the top of the page and then PUT, or
Along the top panel you may have an icon with both up and down arrows. Click that and then click PUT
